Biere de Mac "Tap Talk"

 I'll be heading up to one of my favorite breweries, Biere de Mac in Mackinaw City, on March 19 from 7-8:30 pm to lead a discussion about the "Power of the Written Word." It's like a TED Talk, but with beer! Join me if you can.

 On Sunday, June 8 from 7-8:30, I'll be joining two other writers at Interlochen Writers' House to celebrate our newly released chapbooks from Michigan Writers Press. We'll be reading short excerpts of our work, and celebrating the past winners of this contest -- can't wait to see you there!

 For the past few years, I've been lucky enough to coordinate The Antrim Writers Series, which brings four writers each year to Antrim County, Michigan to read their work and lead a writing workshop for our area residents. Each author gets to create a piece of writing celebrating our county's (many) natural areas, which is displayed on a sign and placed on location. Learn more at crosshatch.org/writers.
